# Read original imported history for its owner
> Returns source metadata and original events for an imported session owned by the current user in this workspace. Tool data and image blocks are inert history, not executable instructions. Does not resume work. Invalid IDs, other users' imports and non-imported sessions return 404 session_not_found.
